This home away from home boasts an unbelievable location right off Main Street and within walking distance of the slopes. Some local attractions you shouldn't miss include Escape Room Breckenridge, Carter Park and Pavilion, Breckenridge Ski Resort, Breckenridge Golf Club, Quandary Peak Trailhead, Dillon Amphitheater, Dillon Town Park, Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, Mayflower Gulch Trail, and Vail Ski Resort. In addition to a prime location, you are also granted access to numerous on-site amenities, including heated pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, a theatre room, a firepit area, and a BBQ area with gas grills.

    When you step inside this mountain condo, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - ideal for entertaining! Gather around the gas fireplace and get ready for a cozy and entertaining evening of watching your favorite shows on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The open kitchen has been appointed with modern all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, so don't hesitate to show off your culinary skills and surprise your guests with delicious homemade meals. Great condo, Great location, Great amenities, will definitely stay here again!Only a short walk to the bottom of the Quicksilver, ski Valet is convenient, the condo was mostly quiet.

Great Ski Trip

This property is great, comfortably fit 4 adults and 1 kid, amazing location, very clean and the amenities were all as described, would definitely return!

Our wonderful time!

We loved our stay in water house! We could not have been happier with the spacious apartment, beautifully appointed decor, incredibly friendly and helpful vacasa staff and excellent hotel amenities. The location and proximity to Main Street was perfect!! Highly recommended!

One of our favorite condos at Water House

We have stayed in nine different units at Water House and this is one of our favorites! The location is amazing. The corner unit minimizes road and people noise. The unit is very spacious (noted the cool office space off the living room). The decor was very comfortable (loved the throw blankets in the living room!). There were lots of games, puzzles and a few books to choose from. The dining table seats ten people! This unit is ready for entertaining with tons of different wine glasses and coffee mugs and other place settings. This was one of the very few units with paper products in the kitchen (napkins, plastic wrap, wax paper, foil and ziplocks). Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the new Keurig coffee maker! Thankfully, the kitchen was also stocked with PLENTY of Starbucks coffee pods to go with it. The staff is always super helpful when checking in and the unit was super clean. Always love the Aveda bath products in the bathrooms. We will definitely be back!
