The second level, which hosts both bedrooms, provides ample privacy for you and your group. Extra seating in both of these spacious bedrooms is an added bonus. Encounter breathtaking views from the balcony with direct sights of the ski slopes. Finally, complete your day cozied up to the exquisite wood fireplace, a perfect ending to a day of adventures.

    Location-wise, Beaver Run in Breckenridge is second to none. It's renowned for its unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access and its excess of amenities. Dive into the indoor/outdoor pool, rejuvenate in hot tubs and saunas, sweat in the exercise room, savor cable TV, or unwind at the bar and restaurant. Plus, you can stay connected with free wireless internet throughout your stay.     Parking:
    - Limit one spot per unit. The daily parking fee rate is now $15/night/vehicle. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered:
    $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday
    $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday.
    - We have discounts on shuttles between Denver Airport and Breckenridge. We recommend the shuttle, as you can walk to both the slopes and downtown from this location.

    *Pet Friendly:
    -This unit is Dog Friendly! Woof Woof! Maximum of 2 dogs, and dogs must be at least 1 year of age. Each dog must be under 50 lbs and must not be left in units unattended.
