✹ PARKING: The Village at Breckenridge has a heated garage which is available to guests. The Homeowners Association charges a fee for parking that varies depending on the time of year. If you would like to add parking to your stay, please let us know and we will send you a payment request for the parking permit. There are more units than parking permits available, and we will attempt to accommodate all requests for parking permits. We will promptly notify you if a parking permit is not available for your stay. If you are booking during a busy time, we recommend reaching out prior to booking to make sure there are still spaces available.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the unit.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, board games, and more.

Always love staying at the Village at Breck. This unit was as described. Host was very responsive. Clean and well located, easy access to Main Street, lots of shopping and restaurants. Thank you!
We had a great stay- location was perfect and just a short walk to Main Street and walkable to a few short trails and parks, perfect for our toddler. Kelly was very responsive and check-in instructions were clear and easy. The pool area and game room was also a great bonus! Would stay here again!
Our second time to stay in "Peak 9" and we again has a great time. Super up-front communication from the owner, a breeze to check-in and a condo matching the description and pictures on VRBO. Great location in the heart of Breck!
Property was wonderful and stocked with everything you would need for a stay. Great location right outside of main St. Kids loved pool and game room as well. Additionally property owner was best communicator I’ve experienced with a property.
This property was fantastic! It had everything we needed and was close to the lifts and Main Street. The host, Kelly, was amazing. We got stuck an extra day in Breckenridge due to bad weather and Kelly reached out and asked if we needed an extra day to stay, which we did need. The place and service was notch! We'll be back!
This is the second time we have stayed at Kelly & Patrick's place and it did not disappoint. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water/pressure and everything functioned in the kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the mountains which was also nice. Your steps from downtown Breck as well as Peak 9, so no need to catch a bus or arrange transportation. There were cozy blankets to snuggle under by a great fireplace and many other nice touches around the condo.We had a little trouble with the App when we first got there, but Patrick immediately addressed it - just make sure your Bluetooth Toggle is on in the App and it works fine. Kelly was also easy to work with and more than accommodating for anything we needed. You can tell theses Hosts enjoy the hospitality industry and we highly recommend their place!
Had a great stay in this condo. Hosts were exceptional and very prompt with replies. Room was well equipped with nice fixtures. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Any questions for the host were anwsered within a hour no matter the time. Cant wait to stay again! Thank You Patrick and Kelly!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and has such easy access to Main Street. Plus we really appreciated how often the owners kept in contact with us to make sure everything was as expected.
