SNOWFLAKE LIFT CHATEAU. In the heart of Breckenridge and walkable to everything! Lift right next door. Ski in/Ski out townhome/duplex property and just a few minutes walk to the Snowflake Lift and the center of Breckenridge. This lovely townhome provides upscale accommodations in one of the best locations Breckenridge has to offer. Enjoy a spacious open floor plan flooding with natural light and vaulted ceilings. This tastefully decorated mountain property is just steps from the slopes!
The Space:
Sleeping: Bedroom 1: king size bed and attached bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2: king bed with attached bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 3: two sets of twin bunk beds with attached bathroom which is also has a door to the hallway and extra sleeping area (sleeps 4) Kitchen and main living room are upstairs (top level of home) Maximum overnight capacity - 8.

You really do not need a car to enjoy this home and its surroundings. 1 car-garage, Parking for 2 vehicles - one car or small SUV (not a truck) inside of the garage and one vehicle outside of the garage on the parking pad.
The Neighborhood:
A perfect location in winter and summer! Ski in/out during winter months and hike in and out during summer months and access all of the mountain bike trails town has to offer right out your door. This home is located one mile from Main Street Breckenridge and is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Also enjoy the convenience of a shuttle stop two blocks from the home.
Getting Around:
You really do not need a car to enjoy this home and its surroundings. 1 car-garage, Parking for 2 vehicles - one car or small SUV (not a truck) inside of the garage and one vehicle outside of the garage on the parking pad. The garage is 18 feet long.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
