Popular trails within a short drive include Upper and Lower Blue Lakes, Spruce Creek, McCullough Gulch, the Blue River Trail, and the renowned Quandary Peak 14er.

Kitchen & Dining: Enter the main level and you'll find the fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring full-size appliances, ample prep space, and everything you need to prepare home-style meals. The adjacent dining area seats 4 at the dining table, with 3 additional seats at the bar.

Living Room: The spacious living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a stone-trimmed fireplace, Smart HD TV, and large windows with mountain views. This inviting space flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, creating the perfect open-concept layout for gathering.

Bedding Configuration: 3 BED, 3 BATH -
• Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with soaking tub, spacious shower, double vanity, fireplace, sitting area, and desk.
• Second Bedroom (Upstairs): Twin-over-Full bunk bed with twin trundle. This room shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom.
• Third Bedroom (Downstairs): King bed, shared bath, patio access. This room shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom.
• Additional Sleeping Area (Downstairs): Two Twin beds

Outdoor Living: Step onto the partial wrap-around deck to enjoy mountain and forest views. A propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating make it an ideal spot for outdoor dining or morning coffee in the crisp alpine air.

Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement, hidden behind the french doors.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, bed sheets, and towels are also provided.
