Summary: Welcome to this one bedroom, two bathroom Main Street Station condo that is perfect for a small family, couple, or friends. Main Street Station has an unbeatable location for exploring everything Breckenridge has to offer. The Quicksilver chairlift is a couple hundred feet away. All of the shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street are walking distance from the condo. The condo itself is well equipped and a great space for groups up to four!
The Space: This 1 one bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a spacious layout that can comfortably accommodate groups of four. The bedroom has a queen size bed ,a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub, and double sink vanity. The second bathroom is located near the kitchen and has a shower/tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal. There is a breakfast bar with two countertop seats and a dining table with seating for four. The living room has comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and access to a small patio with a view of the slopes! Lastly, there is a complimentary washer and dryer in the condo for guests to use.
In addition to the well-equipped condo, guests will have access to wonderful amenities. There is an on-site fitness center, pool, hot tub, concierge service and 24-hour bell and front desk. The condo includes one garage parking space.

The Neighborhood: Main St. Station is located just off of the intersection of Main Street and Park Avenue in downtown Breckenridge. The location is between the Quicksilver Peak 9 ski lift at the Village and Main Street. The best part about Main St. Station is that it is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street!
Getting Around: Uber is available in town. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with a stop for the Grey Route and Main Street Trolley right outside the front door of Main Street Station. But, you may just decide to walk everywhere!
Other Things to Note: Please be aware that this property is located below a kitchen; there is another heat source beyond the heater.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Front desks are available only for check-in and check-out purposes. They can assist with questions related to amenities such as hot tubs and directions around the complex. The front desk cannot assist with maintenance or cleaning related issues.
Note that the Grand Central Building "B" Elevators are temporarily out of service by April 8-May 10. Vacasa Mainstreet Station will have some luggage assistance capabilities available during peak check in and check out times.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note, the hot tubs and pool are available daily, while the steam room and fitness center are open 24/7.
Parking Fees $35 per night for paying guests.

We were in Breckenridge for a hiking vacation, and this was the perfect place to unwind. This apartment is located close to everything, restaurants, shopping, breweries, coffee, etc. Parking was great, a free spot in the ramp under the building. The space was large, clean, and perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!
This has been the best rental situation I've ever had. It was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. It was a breeze to maneuver check in and amenities. The location is top notch for skiing and town access. The View was incredible from the balcony. We are still glowing from the experience of staying in Breckenridge. Plan on returning every year. Thank you to the hosts!
It’s the little things that can be so helpful. The bathrooms have over the shower caddies. We have stayed in several of the condo's at this location & they only have a soap holder. The condo was great & comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Great condo. Has a nice ski valet office out back so you don't have to take your skis and boots in. Boots were warm and dry in morning. Unit has washer-dryer which is nice. And two full baths.

My daughter and I met some family members for a skiing trip. We all stayed in the Main Street Station complex and had a very nice time. The accommodations were excellent and the location to the mountain perfect. Would love to come back again!
My wife and I were very pleased with this property. We stay twice a year in the Breck / Frisco area and will certainly come back to this home. Everything was as described, truthfully more comfortable and warm than the pictures represented. Ideal location for a quick weekend getaway to Breck!
Only thing to comment on was the constant rumble that was coming from downstairs. Dont know if that's from one of the restaurants or what but very noisy. Overall excellent experience though
It's hard to beat the location of this unit for walking to the lifts and for access to town. It completely met our needs for what we were looking for.
The only issue we experienced is the heat in the unit could not be adjusted. It was a bit too hot for us. We had to open a window to try to bring the temperature down a bit. But that might not be a concern for others.

The property owner was great to work with and the check-in / check-out process was simple. The location was also ideal. What I didn't like was the filthy room and hidden charges which look to be associated with a cleaning fee.
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was exactly as the property is described in the summary. There were only two of us and it was very spacious. The kitchen was nicely appointed and made it easy for us to prepare meals when we chose to. The best thing about our stay was the location. It seemed that everything was within walking distance of the condo. It was a bit of a walk to the Gondola, but the Quick Silver lift is really convenient. We brought bikes with us and there is a bike rack in the garage. It was nice to have our bikes out of the main area and locked up. Overall, don't hesitate to rent this condo. It was a great stay!
