No Refund
We were told to leave the resort due to the coronavirus and the town of Breckenridge directive. The front desk of the Grand Colorado informed us they were refunding all guest who had booked directly through them. it was most disappointing to find out that because we rented the exact same property through VRBO we were not offered any refund. I understand this is all a unique situation and most disappointing for everyone but I do feel like the right thing was not done for our family. We paid for a weeks vacation and we had only two nights at the resort.
