With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it’s a great fit for families and groups, with cozy linens throughout and thoughtful touches to keep everyone comfortable.
Unwind in the inviting living spaces, take in mountain views, and step out to the deck from the primary suite for a breath of alpine air. Stay connected with WiFi, and pack a little lighter knowing there’s an in-home washer and dryer. When you’re ready to relax après-adventure, enjoy on-site community amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills (see Important Things to Note for seasonal details).
Parking is straightforward with one garage space and one driveway space included.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Space for up to 2 vehicles total—1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. No street parking is allowed; vehicles parked on the street may be towed.
• Community amenities: The outdoor pool and hot tub are part of the community. They may be seasonally available and can close for maintenance, including a spring cleaning period. Availability is not guaranteed.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Stairs: This townhouse has stairs (see photos).
• Laundry: In-home washer and dryer provided.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Occupancy: The maximum occupancy includes adults, children, and infants.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
Getting Around:
Location logistics: The home is less than a mile south of downtown’s South Main Street, with close proximity to restaurants, shops, and the slopes. Lake Dillon and other area attractions are an easy drive for additional year-round recreation.
