Spring Break Trip - 13 adults and teens!

This house is just “extra”! Beautiful home and an amazing large hot tub! Great back porch, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and comfy beds! The kitchen is beyond stocked and towels galore (not normal in a a rental). The house location is great to get to the Breckenridge Ski resort and for Main Street shopping and dining (10 mins or less drive). We would re-book this house for sure.

Great place.

Amazing! Estate at Baldy Ridge. Stayed here with kids and grandkids. 20 of us total. Game room a big hit. Kitchen very well appointed with appliances, utensils, plates, etc. Extra large hot tub big plus in the winter. Communication before, during, and after was exceptional. Large home with plenty of private space. Couple of things to work on. 2 fireplaces not working. Tub and shower in main floor master need attention.

Good time was had by all, with a few snafus…

Pros: Communication with the property manager Hot tub King bed rooms- were very nice and spacious Entertainment activities for kids in basement Cons: Hot water issues (not hot at all, sometimes frigid) One of the showers was flat out broken- took 2 days to fix it

Megraw Anniversary / Reunion @ Baldy Ridge

This place was fabulous and exceeded all of our expectations. We had (9) adults and (9) children - (5) families and never seemed crowded. We had hot water problems the first day ... reported via text ... maintenance came, and the problem was fixed within hours of us reporting it. We always got a quick response to a text. The large kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including two dishwashers and a large refrigerator in the laundry room for all our beverages (we didn't need coolers). We prepared our own meals every night with no problems. There was a very nice grill on the deck and extra propane tanks. There were plenty of plates and utensils. The children played in the yard for hours and the deck was large enough for all of us. The movie room was a big hit and access to the internet and TV easy. We could have used coat racks and a pantry, but these were only minor inconveniences. The view of the Breckenridge peaks was spectacular. This was money well spent and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fun and comfortable

This place was perfect for our mixed group of families wit young kids, singles, and couples. The layout made it so that kids could be napping while adults played. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen and the property is just gorgeous inside and out. We had very pleasant exchanges with the property managers and the place was clean nd tidy. We look forward to staying again

Family

We held a Family get-together (my husband and I, our 4 kids and their spouses and children.) We enjoyed the property and the location. I especially liked the downstairs where the kids could go play pool and watch movies while the adults were fixing food, etc. The views were beautiful and we got some great family photos with the views and the wildflowers.

Great location and house

We had a large group and this house provided plenty of space and activities for everyone. It is located close enough to town but far enough away to feel the mountain experience The property manager was very responsive to any questions

Colorado Family Vacation

The house was absolutely fabulous. There were six families, including my wife and I and all of our children and their children. There was a bed for everyone. The game room was fabulous. The kitchen was good size and perfect for our family. The hot tub was a big hit in the trails around the house were perfect for daily hikes. The town of Breckenridge is awesome and the surrounding area activities were a big hit with the whole family.

Very dissatisfied

Hi, I wanted to let you know that majority of our guests got a stomach virus while staying at the house. The home was not clean prior to our arrival, the heater did not work downstairs our entire stay. It was 0 degrees outside. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The sofa was filthy. We even found nail clippings in the sofa cushion seat and dust and hair in all the corners even after cleaning crew came back. It did not feel like a luxury experience. Instead we bought sanitizing wipes and we're cleaning the surfaces because we did not feel like anything was sanitary. There should also be a note that during snow it is not a short walk to the shuttle. You need a car to get an around. Uber is not always available. The sheets had hair and one bed had dirt in it. Very hard to believe for the price we paid.

Baldy Winter Trip

Great Property with Lots of Perks

This property is perfect for large gatherings. Lots of perks to keep everyone entertained - the shuffleboard game table and pinball arcade game was great! The deck is huge, kitchen is beautiful, and property is clean. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely come back again.

Great stay at Baldy Mountain

We had 7 guys in our golf trip through Breck and couldn't have had a better experience. The home was beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. I would highly recommend staying at Baldy Mountain!

Family gathering

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house for our 3 night family gathering. It was nice that it easily accommodated 20 of us, 5 being young children, without being crammed together.
