Cozy Ski-In / Walk-Out @ 4 O'Clock Lodge

This cozy studio condo is perfectly situated. You can walk out your front door to the Snowflake Lift, then ski home for lunch or at the end of the day from 4 O’Clock Run. Breck's historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find countless restaurants and shops.

Studio condo with a queen size Murphy bed. A well-appointed kitchenette (see amenities). Soak away your day on the mountain at the Upper Village hot tubs and heated, indoor/outdoor pool.

While we feel that a third guest is a tight squeeze, we'll leave that up to you. The third guest's sleeping option is the couch. If your third guest is a child old enough to know not to touch the baseboard heaters, please send us a request for an exception to the 'no children' rule.

NOTE re: Ski-In, Walk-Out: For the brief times at the beginning/end of the ski season, the entire mountain is not open/accessible. Peak 8 must be open in order to Ski-in, Walk-out to and from our unit. During these times, guests may take the Free Ride Shuttle (stop less than a block away) to other lifts or the gondola.

NOTE: 2025 Schedule for Pool/Hot Tub: The pool and hot tubs will be closed for cleaning and maintenance from 04/13/25-05/22/25 and again from 09/14/25-11/20/25.

Enjoyed the stay. Communication was excellent with the property manager.

It was great- a little dated especially in the comfort of furniture such as the very uncomfortable couch and Murphy bed pillows being subpar. Anyway, enjoyed the stay and would reserve it again after a retrofit with the furniture.

Had a great experience. The owner was great at responding to any questions we had and was great to work with throughout the whole stay. The place itself is very clean and exactly how described. Would definitely recommend!

A cozy and lovely place to stay

My fiancé and I stayed here a few weeks ago for a ski trip and we had such a wonderful time. We loved the place and the fact that it’s right on the 4 o’clock ski run. Stacey is amazing and makes an effort to accommodate her guests in any way she can. We can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you Stacey!

Another lovely stay at Four O’Clock Lodge 1A

Second time staying at the property :-) Happy to return - it’s snug but well-appointed and well cared for. The Murphy bed is pretty awesome. Best part about this late 2024 visit - the new complement of app-run laundry machines - what a relief! Stacey is a great host and very attentive :-)

Perfect for summer getaway

We enjoyed one night in this location. It was an easy quick stroll to the middle of town. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi (quick 5 min walk) and the sound of the babbling stream right outside our door! So clean and cozy.. loved the arrangement and the decor. My only complaint was we didn't stay longer than one night. Host was communicative and friendly.

Great location and only a short walk to a ski lift. Good condition and clean. Excellent ability to communicate with owner. Pleasure speaking with them as to minor questions about location and property. Owner openly expressed they are in the process of replacing blinds. They take pride with their property.

Had a really great time at this studio. Great communication from the property manager - A REAL HUMAN! Great use of limited space, terrific for two people, would probably be challenging for three even though that third person could sleep on the sofa. Great assortment of cooking utensils and glassware. Great transportation to town, to Beaver Run (Peaks 8 and 9), walking distance to Main Street for terrific breakfast options when you don't want to cook :)

This cozy studio is well equipped and utilizes the space well. It is about a 2 minute walk to the Snowflake lift and it is possible to ski right to the back of the building o the 4 o'clock trail (exit just before the left turn sign). The host Stacey was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. If you are traveling with larger luggage on a longer trip, please be aware that there is limited storage space. We ended to place it in the hallway.

Great little place to stay

It was a very cozy little spot to stay for a night or two, but would not recommend for more than two people because it would feel very cramped. Owner always responded within a few minutes, which we really appreciated. Parking was available but limited, we were able to get a spot but it was the only spot left and I’m not sure what we would have done for parking had we not found this last spot. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub, which was only a 5 minute walk away. But it was VERY busy, had questionable murky-looking water, and other people there were smoking cigars, making it a not very great experience. We appreciated the recommendations made available to us by the owners were great, the ski slopes were very much within walking distance, and not too far of a walk to town for dinner and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Ski in lodge

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while skiing on the mountain. The condo is in a great location that you can walk pretty much everywhere or catch the shuttle.

Location, Location, Location

The studio at 4 O'Clock lodge was perfect the two of us. An easy quarter mile walk to Main St. Breckenridge meant we didn't need to take the car downtown and deal with parking. The host was very responsive and included a helpful guide to the apartment as well as restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely stay there again when we're back in the area.

I’m a teacher- solo traveling and taking a cross-country road trip to celebrate the end of a school year, some camping and some full accommodation stays. Stacey’s place in Breckenridge was PERFECTION! Clean, easy to access, and so perfectly convenient to Main Street, hiking, and any other adventures you can imagine. Everything you could ever need was provided, and the bed was seriously the kind of comfortable that made me choose to sleep in instead of wake at sunrise. My stay was short but I felt at home and Stacey even reached out to let me know I could check in early- so welcome with being on the road all day! Honestly I can’t wait to return to Breckenridge and book this EXACT place again. 12/10!

Amazing Stay!

I stayed here with my two girlfriends and it was perfect! The home itself has everything you need - toaster oven, coffee, dishwasher, and more - and all fit perfectly inside this cute home. I have snowboarded in Breckenridge 3 times and this is by far the best location you can find. Ski in right off 4 o’clock run to the front door. Walk out maybe 2 minutes to the Snowflake lift. Super quick walk to Main Street too! Stacey was an absolutely amazing host. She reached out weeks before with all the information I needed, including some awesome recommendations for our stay! 10/10 we will be back!!

Better Than Advertised

My son and I stayed here for a skiing/boarding trip between Christmas and New Year's Day. We found the condo to be super-clean and stocked with the essentials (plus a few bags of microwave popcorn, water bottles, and trail mix). The location is why we chose it though. It is ski-in right off the 4 O'Clock trail. We also appreciated the fact that it is a very quiet condo--we heard no noises from adjacent or above units to awaken us at night. Best of all is the level of attention that Stacey (the owner) provided during check-in and during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again next year!

Convenient location, safe and clean!

Did a ski trip with my teen. We loved the very short walk to Snowflake lift and convenience of skiing back either to the base of Snowflake lift or 4 O'Clock Run right up to the building! There is plenty of room for ski/snowboard storage inside the unit. The murphy bed and couch were comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen is well-equipped for meals. Everything is newer and clean. Parking right in front of the building was nice. Felt very safe and secure. We did not use the pool/hot tub (it's offsite) as we were tired from skiing all day. Would stay again for sure. Thanks for having us!
