With the best location in Breckenridge and all the style and amenities of a resort hotel, this roomy (720 sqf) one-bedroom condominium is sure to please. Right at the base of Peak 9 with the Beaver Run Superchair on one side and an easy walk (or free shuttle) to the Victorian charm of Main Street on the other, you will see why Beaver Run is one of the most popular resorts in Breckenridge! The fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 will let you prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together, or stop back in at lunchtime for a break in your day on the mountain. If you prefer a quiet evening in, you can cozy up in the living area with comfy chairs, a queen sleeper sofa, and a private balcony while watching the live channel TV. For the true feel of a mountain escape, light a fire in the wood-burning fireplace and relax in the glow of the embers. No lumberjack needed, more wood is only a phone call away.
The bedroom has a King size bed and another TV with live channels, so you can unwind and recharge after a long day on the slopes. The full bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination and is easily accessed from the hall.
On property amenities to make your holiday truly special include Ski in and ski out location with your own slope side ski locker, a free private shuttle to town, on site dining at Spencers for Steaks and more, apres ski at the Coppertop Bar and Restaurant. The 2 pool areas are spectacular with 9 outdoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor heated pools, a fitness center with a sauna and steam room. Tennis court and a pool table are another options to add some fun to your vacation. In the summer, Burro Trail is right behind the building, Sawmill Reservoir close by and do not skip Isak Heartstone walk anytime during the year. To top it off there is a spacious arcade with games for everyone and even indoor mini golf. A 24-hour front desk/concierge will be there to help, too. Rental shop, child care and ski school on site will make everyone happy. Our kids enjoyed Beaver Run Ski school for many seasons, it was a daycare choice for our family.
You will have one parking space, but keep in mind that Beaver Run does charge a parking fee of $42/night between Thanksgiving and the end of Peak 9 skiing when it goes down to $12/night (the prices are at BR discretion). It is charged by the resort at check-in. If you choose not to drive to Breckenridge, the town Freeride bus and the Beaver Run private shuttle can take you to most places in the town or to the Breckenridge Station to connect with the Summit Stage for more free transport as far as Copper Mountain or Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.
This needs some updates, but still offers a solid economy accommodation with access to all resort amenities, and true ski-in/ski-out access. Book your stay today and experience the best that Breckenridge has to offer!

Great stay for spring break ski week. The facility had everything we needed with multiple hot tub options for a soak after a day skiing. Comfortable bed and very clean ski in ski out condo with ski locker less than 100 steps from the lift.
Beaver Run is a great place to stay for a Breck ski trip. Daniel’s place was clean and decently equipped. You can’t beat the location.

Beaver run is great with a free shuttle to the Breckenridge shops and restaurants. They always have someone to help at the desk and it is clean and safe.
I was pleasantly surprised how conveniently this unit is located in Beaver Run - next to shops, restaurants and more importantly- to the slopes! It’s truly ski in ski out place. The place itself may need some touch up and renovation, but nothing serious. Five stars
Spent a week (Jan 19-25) skiing. Condo is very cozy and convenient. Walked to town a few times for dinner & drinks. Ski locker makes the ski experience so nice. Bed is Very comfy. You will love it
We came into town for the wine festival and Bourbon and bacon festival. Great location and shuttle service no driving. Walking distance to most. Great in house restaurant. Owner was easy to reach out to quik response.
Condo was clean and very well organized. King size bed and pullout queen. Kitchen is perfect and has coffee maker! Pool hot tubs and bars are awesome and beaver run resort is the best location for ski in ski out!

For a firat time experience it was nice! Had everything nearby and if any questions the employees were always helpful and kind. Will be recommending others in the future.
Stayed here for the week of adaptive training at ski spec. Very convienient stay! Condo is a bit outdated, but that didnt bother us. The king size bed was very comfortable. Loved the christmas tree and the fire place!
As other reviews state there are a few cosmetic issues, but nothing that diminished usability of the condo. This is great option for those on a budget. I was there for a conference and this was $40/night cheaper than the hotel conference rate. I was also planning to have my family join, which unfortunately didn't happened this time, so there is better flexibility than a traditional hotel. While I didn't use the kitchen, I found it fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The king bed is very comfortable. Thanks for the great stay.
My wife and I booked Daniel’s unit in Beaver Run and enjoyed a terrific week of skiing. The unit was a terrific fit for the two of us. Our adult daughter and her husband stayed with us also for two nights. They said the sleeper sofa was very comfortable.
The unit was well equipped for basic cooking and we did make a few meals (tacos, eggs, etc). Everything was clean and operated well.
The ski lockers are just steps from the Beaver Run lift giving us a terrific ski in / ski out experience.
We will certainly consider returning next time we decide to ski Breckenridge.
Loved this location and really like the amenities of the Beaver Run Resort. But the property is VERY tired and old looking. There were several things I noticed. The baseboard heater in the bedroom is coming off the wall. The refrigerator handle was missing (Daniel said it happened with the previous renter and there was not time to fix) ok but there are other things not taken care of. The dishwasher is not secured to the wall and is uneven so everything you open or shut the door it wabbles back and forth. Kitchen supplies were slim. We had to wash dishes everyday just because there was not enough plates and glasses to last longer than a meal. There are no pot holders - we had to use towels to take pizza out of the oven. The property mgr said he would bring some the next day but I decided why bother at that point. How have they not had these simple useful things before. Only one key to the lockers worked. This was an inconvenience. Not sure if prior renters have never told them…. Lastly the pull out sofa bed was horrible. We ended up putting the mattress in the floor because the frame is bent and made the bed too uncomfortable. I suggest the owners live and sleep in their own property. There are other cosmetic issues as well-cupboards are super old, floor in kitchen by garbage can is cracked, etc.
The place was large, bed comfortable, and the owner responsive and friendly. It is a little dated with significant signs of use to the room and furniture. Overall a decent place to stay.
