Summary:
Welcome to this well appointed one bedroom, one bathroom condo that is in the heart of Breckenridge! Once you arrive you can park your car and not use it during your entire stay. The gondola is two blocks away and a five-minute walk from the condo. All of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street are walking distance. The condo is perfect for couples and small groups and families that are looking to stay in the heart of Breck!

The Space:

This condo comfortably sleeps four people. The bedroom features a bed that is slightly smaller than a standard Queen size, measuring 35 inches tall from the ground to the top of the mattress, 5 feet (60 inches) wide, and 77 inches long from head to foot. The family room has a Queen-size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with a shower/tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, and there’s a dining table with four chairs to enjoy it! After a day of fun, cozy up to the couch and find a good show or movie on the flat-screen Smart TV.

The Val d'Isere Condominium building boasts an amazing location, and this unit includes a parking pass for one vehicle. The gondola is just a five-minute walk away, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street are within walking distance. This unit is ideal for travelers looking to stay in an amazing location with convenient access to everything Breckenridge has to offer!

Getting Around:
The best part - once you park your car, you may not need to use it again! We are just a few minutes away from Main St, Ridge St, and the Gondola. Uber is available in town. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with a stop for the Purple Route a block from the condo at the intersection of French Street and Wellington Road. But, you may just decide to walk everywhere!

Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

We are in-town and available during your stay!

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

The pantry door is broken. Told local vr but didn’t fix the problem Also smoked detector for living room is not installed.

Great place for a day or a week

The unit has everything you will need to cook or re-heat. It is a very short walk to downtown or to the parking gondola. The view from the window is fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be back.

Property is great, Local VR not so much

The condo was exactly as hope for from the description and pictures. It was just right for a week of skiing- close to the gondola, basic necessities for lodging covered, clever space saving designs and layout, and clean. The local VR sent check info 3 days in advance- indicating I should go to the front desk and would have to pay for a key. There is no lobby or front desk and it is keyless entry. At 5 pm - well after check in time, I am standing outside the unit door, in the cold with all my gear, suitcase, skis, boot bag messaging, emailing, calling to try to gain n access. The answering passes my request for assistance to local VR and I am to wait for a call back. I try replying to the email about getting key from front desk. I also text the local VR phone number. A texting not responds telling me about parking my car. I used a shuttle service to get to Breck. I don’t have a car or I would be sitting in it to stay warm. I try to get the bot to jump ahead in the texting sequence. In the meantime- the welcome booklet arrives by text. I can not open it- the server time out, cell phone service is weak and I don’t have Wi-Fi standing outside the door of the unit. I call the the Local VR number again and leave another message with the answering service The welcome booklet arrives by email- I still can’t open it, cell service did not improve nor did I gain access to Wi-Fi. I do get the testing bot to jump ahead by asking nicely for the code. That worked!

Winter Wonderland

The rental property was great! It was very clean. The location is ideal. You are within walking distance to all the Main St shopping and dining. Also, walking distance to the Gondola for downhill skiing. The view of the mountains from the front window is breathtaking. We would definitely stay at this location again!
