"Clean room, staff were wonderful at least 9 out of 10 were. When I arrived and needed a porter to take my bags in I had to search for one. The person who came out clearly did not like his job. The rest of my stay the staff were lovely, super friendly people and I felt welcomed. Room service food was not good at all. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was raw. My dessert was a dried out brownie My juice didn’t arrive but the delivery person was nice and friendly. Everything else was fantastic. Girls on Reception were welcoming. Check in process was super long though as only one guy on and he had to deal with some disgruntled guests so by the time he got to me he wasn’t happy. Bed was super comfy and made up beautifully by the housekeeping staff. Can’t wait to stay there again for longer next time. "

"Cabin was beautiul, was honestly hard to leave and head to the beach beacuse the bed was so comfortable.Had everything you needed, quick walk to an absolutley stunning beach.Justine was so welcoming and just a lovely person all round.Only negative experience was leaving."

"The location was good but the house needed some minor maintenance work. Front door was hard to close and had broken fly screen. Balcony sliding fly screen was broken. the outdoor furniture wasn’t covered. the cover was tucked under the cushions . No protection from the weather or droppings. BBQ cover was barely there, nearly blow away.didn’t use it anyway.the fabric snake under the door on the staircase didn’t provide any protection: insects and small leaves were still getting in.Overall it was good but it could do with a little maintenance and that’s the truth."
