「We had a very lovely stay here. There were a few small issues such as the filtered water in the refrigerator not working, freezer door didn’t have a handle, and the dresser handles were broken. These weren’t major things. Late at night we were trying to make beds with two pullouts (our two daughters decided they wanted to sleep individually), and we could only find one set of sheets. We looked everywhere! Overall, our stay was great! There were just some hiccups along the way. 」

「The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!」

「The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood.The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left....

「The whole carpet is stained and I would not walk with out shoes on. The place is run down like I told the owner. I booked off of the great reviews but was disappointed. It’s fine for college kids not my girls and I. The ac works and beds are comfortable but that’s all I can say positive. The couch, baseboards, and carpet have so many “cleaned stain spots”. Very glad it was only one night down there」

「The New Pecan Hide Out was perfect for our Girl's Trip. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The living room sectional was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. And the beds were very comfortable.The outdoor space was perfect for coffee and a morning chat for planning the day.Kenzie was very responsive before and during our stay.
