「Property was clean. If it’s busy parking can be an issue. Not allowed to park in front of unit. Price seemed to be good then you find out they charge an astronomical price for cleaning. If it’s your last choice it’s ok. No real extras. Definitely been at more welcoming properties.」

「We loved the location to the downtown. The condo was comfortable and well equipped for all our needs. The one drawback was the noise from the water flowing from the units above, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working correctly. We did have a wonderful visit.」

「Waco’s recent growth brings new restaurants and businesses. It makes a fun and exciting weekend retreat for friends. The location was easy to access and within walking distance from restaurants and shops. Parking was OK. The weekend was perfect!」

「The property was great. It was very clean and the location was amazing. The kitchen only has salt and pepper so we didn’t cook. We loved the open lanai in the evening. We ran out of soap for bathing after the first night. They provided one teeny tiny hotel bar soap in each bath. We had to buy a 20 soap bar at Magnolia to bathe and shared it between baths! Toilet paper was limited to 2 rolls per bathroom. We used every last bit and good thing we didn’t need more!! You’d think you’d get enough...

「This was the perfect place and location for easy access to all of our daughter’s wedding activities. The condo amenities made our stay so comfortable and matched all of the listing descriptions and pictures. As you might imagine on a busy wedding weekend, our favorite times were morning coffee looking out over the morning view. We plan to return again to enjoy more of the downtown and visit our new couple.」

「We came with a specific agenda and Hebrews 13:2 was perfect! Easy walk to Magnolia Market, Hotel 1928 and the Dr. Pepper Museum. We walked down to the river to the sculptures and bridge. And the best surprise was Fabled Bookstore on the corner. Lots or restaurants near. This condo was super clean, and ready to welcome you. Very well appointed with everything you need for a great visit to Waco. 」

「The biggest issue was the TV! Very difficult to navigate! Once we got Netflix or a movie the screen is so dark we couldn’t see the screen anyway!! And we’re very tech savvy. The view over the water!! Perfect! We relaxed and had a great time.」
