Our room was not cleaned properly with several cockroaches and broken glass in the outside area. The worst thing was a very bad odour that resulted in us changing rooms. The new room was clean and comfortable. However, we left some possessions behind in the move. These were apparently ‘thrown out’ by housekeeping without any attempt to return them. Would never stay here again.

"The hotel was an alright stay. But I originally got the wrong room given to me which was okay as the staff fixed the issue very quickly. The room that I ended up getting was nice but a bit dirty. A couple of stains on the carpet and walls. The pool looked really nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit ..."
