From Ilfracombe, 8 miles, you can take a boat trip to Lundy Island, or land lubbers may prefer a shopping trip to the market town of Barnstaple, 10 miles. For a family day out, Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife Park and Ilfracombe Aquarium are all within 15 miles.
