Apartment Julius 3 - nice, quiet and right in the middle

Enjoy your stay in our vacation rental in the highest mountain town in the Harz Mountains, the health resort of Sankt Andreasberg. This National Park community lies at an elevation of 600 to 900 meters, and a natural paradise awaits you here in every season. It’s the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Harz National Park. The town center, with all its shopping options, is within walking distance. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll find several nice restaurants in the area that are easily accessible on foot.

The apartment is approximately 55 m² and is completely newly furnished. The living room measures approximately 25 m². To ensure your comfort, the apartment features a flat-screen TV (with satellite connection) and, of course, free Wi-Fi.

There is a fully equipped built-in kitchen. Among other things, the kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker (for Senseo pods and filter bags), a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, a thermos, and more.

In the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower, our guests also have access to a hair dryer, hand soap, and facial tissues.

Of course, we also provide a free travel crib and a high chair for our “very young guests.”

Lighted parking spaces are located right next to the house. Use of these spaces is, of course, free of charge.

A sustainable energy supply is important to us. The house is therefore powered by green electricity from environmentally friendly energy sources.

We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the entire apartment. The outdoor area is available for this purpose.

You are permitted to bring a dog.
