"Had an amazing stay at stairway to Devon. Nathan and Helen are fantastic hosts from start to finish. The cabin is stunning with all the added extras that make it special. The cabin is immaculate with everything you need for your stay. I think the local cider and homemade chocolate brownies was a really nice touch. "In the spring of 2018,we (two adults with our children, 18, 16, 13, and 11) had 11 unforgettable wonderful days at Woodcombe Lodges. We had a very pretty and convenient lodge in very good condition, with a great veranda for rainy, cloudy as well as sunny days. Also great is the game room shared by six lodges, with table tennis, billiard, and a football table. There is also a common washer and dryer, fed by 20 pence coins. "Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! The hosts even offered to provided a telescope to use for the clear nights, which was a very nice touch (we did bring our own) We will be returning again in the future."

"A very enjoyable few days. Did not walk far as Mum(94) was in a wheelchair, which necessitated driving anywhere. Lamps in bunkbed room need looking at and guttering need cleaning out. Lovely waterfalls with the heavy rain. Would certainly reccommend it as a base in the area."
