A big hotel complex in the nature and in closed distance to the fjord with a beautiful SPA. 2km walk with our dog in the forest was great. Super friendly personal. Question for room service in SE not always ask, here it was part of service and followed our wish. Full recommend.

Nicely situated by the sea. Great breakfast. Good variety in pools. Ok rooms. Lots of activities to do outside and some inside. Would be nice If the cleaning staff didn’t barge in the room before checkout while I was in the shower… Other than that, we are very satisfied with the stay.

Unfortunately a lot of people in the Spa on a Saturday. We didn’t know that the spatime was limited and were given a really late time. The hotel was under construction and rooms very far away and quite old. Gym was very small and not enough machines. All in all we found the price way too expensive for what we got but the location, spa and breakfast were nice.

Great bastu on the water and beautiful view, hotel bastu/spa not so much. Very little info on what was what and what was available. Room was more roadside motel character including a bathroom that was dangerously moldy to the point that we just kept the door closed and couldn’t use it.

I’m surprised this is one of the most expensive hotels with a spa (spa not included) on the West coast, when the standard was so low. I don’t mind flaking paint, old dust etc when I pay a decent price but for 2500 SEK, I expect at least air condition. It was hard to even breathe in there. There were also workers outside of the room who were loud so it wasn’t very nice to have the windows fully open. We had asked for a king sized bed and were offered one for 500 sek extra, but when we got the room key we realized it was just two twin beds put together with a thin ”king size mattress” on top of them. That felt very shady to take 500 sek extra for. Never had that happen at any hotel before. The slippers for the spa were either so big you risked to break your ankle or so tight I got actual abrasions on your feet. I only had them on for a few minutes and decided to walk around bare foot cause of the pain but I still have big, red abrasions on both feet today (and I have size 39 eu shoes). Sorry for this Karen-review but I am really disappointed. The big plus about Vann was the restaurant and the staff working there, and the view of the lake.

Okej vistelse – bäst för kortare besök

Okej vistelse – bäst för kortare besök Bodde här i 3 dagar. Tyvärr var det ganska stökigt under vistelsen med stora, högljudda grupper som tog mycket plats. Rummet var litet och sängarna lite för mjuka för min smak. Frukosten var riktigt bra, men jag saknade min ingefärsshot. Utbudet av aktiviteter är stort – minigolf, padel, tennis och frisbeegolf – så det finns alltid något att göra. Dock upplevde jag att personalen på spaavdelningen inte var särskilt kundorienterade, medan barpersonalen var väldigt trevliga. Maten på hotellet var överprisad och urvalet väldigt begränsat om man stannar mer än 1–2 dagar. Dessutom är det runt 30 minuter med bil till närmaste restaurang utanför hotellet. Spaavdelningen hade fin bastu med utsikt, men saknade bubbelbad. Sammanfattningsvis kan jag rekommendera stället för ett kortare besök på 1 dag – men för en längre vistelse finns det saker som drar ner upplevelsen.

Trevligt hotell. Bra service. Mycket trevlig personal men ”hovmästarna” båda dagarna var bedrövliga. Inte mycket folk men fick tillkalla dem båda dagarna och sur arrogant attityd. Hade vi haft möjlighet hade vi gått vidare. Byt ut eller lär upp. I övrigt var alla mycket trevliga.
