3 level villa with main floor having living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom/bathroom. Huge master closet has been converted to kids bunk room with triple bunk bed!

Two living spaces, including massive game room downstairs with POOL TABLE (high end Presidential 8 foot table)

8 Flat Screen TV's in the house including 65" in living room; 65" and 49" inch in the game room (yes 2 TV's!); 43" in master bed; 39" in the three other bedrooms; and a 39" tv in the bunk room (DVD only with this TV - no cable)

Great house layout and location.

We enjoyed our stay here this week. The location is perfect for trips to Silver Dollar City and White water. The house was great, beds comfortable, everything in good working order.

Perfect for 3 Family Vacation!!!

Super clean and one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Views over golf course were so peaceful and relaxing, and all rooms were large and very comfortable. We hope to visit again....if this beautiful home is available feel confident in booking it immediately as you will not be disappointed!!!!

GREAT HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!

We chose this home for the number ofr bedrooms for all the adults, as well as the bunk room for the kids! It did not disappoint! It was a beautiful space, nicely appointed, comfortable beds and linens and lots of space for 11 of us to spread out if we wanted our own space.

Great place for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone. Downside was the big hole in the screened porch and was inundated with hornets/wasps. Could not enjoy the outdoors.

Branson Stay

Property was convenient to Silver Dollar City and other attractions. Plenty of room for our family. Carpets were stained but otherwise pretty clean property. Garage has a ping-pong table and was nice to have a place to store vehicle during thunderstorm/hail. Would rent again if visiting Branson.

Fantastic Location! Great Place to Stay for Large Group!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This place was great for accommodating our large family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and very clean but we felt the furniture, rugs and carpets were stained and needed some attention, as well as the towels and linens being fairly worn. Other than that, we were totally pleased. The location is beautiful and convenient to SDC, restaurants and shopping.

Large home for many

We were pleased with this property. We had 10 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room. Outside decks were very nice. We watched fireworks at Silver Dollar City from screened in porch. Downstairs was wonderful for entertaining. The pool table was fun.

The house did have enough bedrooms and the location was great. However, it wasn't clean in the fact that carpet and dining room chairs were stained. There was a crack window and torn screen on balcony. The large double shower, only one side worked

Great Views

This property was perfect for our group! The mornings on the patio overlooking the golf course were amazing. A few things I would suggest are fixing the flooring by the kitchen that appears to have been damaged, and the staircase needs a handrail installed. We had a few older women in our party that would have felt safer with a handrail. This did not change the feel of the property or our 5-star rating! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy a girl's getaway at your home.

Ladies trip ( Bible Study group)

6 good friends took a ladies trip to Branson just for a getaway. We loved your place! It was more than enough room for each person to have their own space! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and each space was comfortable. Several from the group said they would rent this space for their family in the future. The only very small complaint is there were no dish towels in the kitchen. ( I did not call and ask for any, we made do. I'm sure they would have delivered some to us.) I highly recommend this place to stay!! It was literally within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go.

Awesome home with great views!

We had 3 families that stayed. Each family got their own floor of the house with full bath. That worked out nicely for us. It was 100 degrees so we didn’t spend much time outside on the covered porch, but it was very nice! Plenty of space, TVs, bathrooms, and fans! We all sleep with oscillating fans so that was a nice surprise! Neighborhood and security were excellent. We didn’t have time to swim on the property. Very close to SDC and other attractions. Everything was clean and ready for us when we checked in. We did have to communicate with hosts one time and they responded right away and fixed what we needed. Thank you! Hope to be back!

Nice accommodations but needs maintenance

Nice unit with good beds and a great furnished kitchen. Adequate room for all 9 of us. Water pressure excellent in all bathrooms Needs maintenance. Railing to lower level broken and on the ground. Big multiple holes in screen porch that let in numerous bugs making it unusable at night. Cushions need to be replaced. Water damage to molding by shower in lower level Notified owner of the needed maintenance items when we moved in and was told they would fix it when we left. That was not an adequate response especially when the broken railing made it dangerous to go down to the lower level and the bad screens made the outdoor screen porch unusable when it cooled down at night.
