Cons: the building seemed to be an older building - Showering was a Tetris game to make sure that we weren’t using a lot of hot water at once. There was a peculiar smell in the condo. One of the beds in the room with the two queens was very squeaky and annoying. Any movement, even rolling over, was a squeaky chaos. Walls are thin as we could hear the neighbors as they played their game on NYE.Pros: the view was nice and the area, overall, was quiet. The space was adequate for our group of 5. Was stocked with dishes, a coffee maker, and everything we needed if we chose to cook in the room. Access to and from our vehicles was easy. The enclosed patio was awesome.

The condominium was clean, they had a Christmas tree up, it was a great location, we couldn’t get the main TV to work but called the number given to us and they helped right away and then followed up to see if it was still working. Would love to stay there again

Property has some pro's, biggest is the location, center of everything. The property does have a smell, they have an air cleaner running, and I guess that helps some. Beds were really uncomfortable, master bed has 'holes' where people have laid, and a hump in the middle. Living room sofas were not much better, pretty broken down. Wish there was a regular chair like a recliner or similar. Has a nice view, and kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need.

Property was extremely clean, and true to pictures on the listing site. Location was very convenient to the attractions in the area, but yet quiet and away from the main traffic flows. We also loved that a Christmas tree had been added to the living room for the season! I would have no qualms about booking this unit again in the future.

Overall decent place to stay. Location was great. Had a musty odor on arrival that either dispated or we just got used to it. Listing said there was a water park but no mention of it in the information folder. Likely out of season, but was looking for information for future stays. Would probably stay here again.

GPS didn't take us to address but we found it. Nice condo with great view in convienent location. The management was very accomodating with easy check in and welcoming text. The grass needed to be mowed but we didn't have pets or plan on grilling outside so it didn't effect our stay. The condo was comfortable. I would reccomend this property to others.

Branson Vacation

The property is a nice condo the property is relativley nice, however the mold smell was overwhelming when walking in to the apartment. I am very allergic to mold and mildew so I was miserably sick from it the entire stay. There were dirty towels hanging on the back of the master bathroom door upon arrival and the floors were horribly dirty. My house shoes are ruined from the floors.There was a bag of trash of laundry not sure which that sat outside our door for the entire first day we were there. You have to drive to the strip it is not walking distance. The property is quiet if you are looking for that. It is a decent property but needs some TLC. Especially if you are allergic to mold.

Stay

The house was in a great place and fairly clean. We had 2 dogs with us because this was a pet friendly property. There was a patio and area in the back yard to walk the animals. The second night I stayed there I woke up covered in hundreds of flea bites and I was picking ticks off of myself. I contacted the property and I was told I needed to consider the area and they didn’t seem to care. The property seemed more concerned about the home being infested with fleas instead of the guest staying. They told me the outside was not there issue. It was not a pleasant stay after that.
