Wow! Delighted to be one of the first to review this property - a true gem!!Pictures just can't capture how incredibly beautiful the unobstructed view of the mountain horizon is from the wrap-around porch!! The sunset and star gazing from the rocking chairs will captivate you!Everything is new and in immaculate condition. The host is very friendly and responsive.With our short stay, we didn't have enough time to take in everything the property and surrounding area had to offer but the hike through the woods on the property (saw a small cave, several neat rock formations, heard the sounds of the river, etc) created lasting memories. If you hike, look for the BIG footprint on the rock in the cave.We will be back for sure!! Still need to spend more time in the New River Gorge Bridge & National Park area (a short drive), Summersville Lake & State Park, rafting on the Gauley, ... and probably a bunch of things we haven't discovered yet! This is West Virginia at its finest!
