We enjoyed our stay at Bramston Beach. Our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The setting is lovely and the beach close for a walk. Sadly the owners were called away urgently before we arrived and, therefore the restaurant was closed and there’s no other eateries nearby. The property itself needs a little TLC to return it to its former glory.

The place was clean and neat. Beautiful setting near beach (but no swimming). Some minor plumbing oddities. Be aware that their restaurant is open Wed-Sun, so on Mon & Tues you have to drive carefully to avoid wiildlife 20 minutes away.

The rooms are newly refurbished and had the basics we needed. Kids loved the pool and the spacious grassed area. So convenient to the beautiful beach. Some advertising has an old phone number online that's not used so that was annoying. The restaurant looks nice but just expect basics (couldn't do a pizza on a Saturday night as the chef wasn't there).

Air Conditioner didn't work. Mattresses were very firm. WiFi was weak and intermittent at best. Water from shower overflows onto bathroom floor - a lot. Staff hospitable. Perfect location. Quiet. Parking was awkward.

Room leaked rain water through the ceiling fan, which never worked. I was offered to change rooms on the final night of a 7 night stay, when brought to managements notice I was told to use a hairdryer to dry the bed. Was given one mattress protector and one flat sheet to change the bedding when I asked for additional bedding I was informed there was none. No discount or refund of fully paid 2 x rooms was offered, this cost me just under $1800, surrounding areas were beautifully maintained.
