This hotel was very tired in the rooms and didnt seem very clean. I was glad I was only there for 1 night.
However the staff were very helpful and friendly

I was really underwhelmed with the Dorsett. We booked an Executive Lounge Room and were really disappointed to get a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the shopping centre Carpark.
The cleaners on different days, didn’t leave bathmats, face cloths. Rubbish bins that were full on one day wasn’t emptied, no amenities - milk, teabags on one occasion. Netting curtains unhemmed and dragging the ground.
The Executive Lounge was nice, and the staff were lovely up there, especially Rashmi.
Overall - for what should have been a 5 star stay, this was just an average hotel stay.
Nothing special at all sorry.

We were in the area and asked to view the room a few days earlier nothing was too much trouble
We changed our booking as we found there were more rooms in the apartment and at minimal cost 4 stayed there
Brilliant kitchen appliances and pool area
We dropped off groceries early the am of arrival the champagne and wine was put in the fridge for our arrival the staff were brilliant
