Gym was reserved and not available for use during my stay, an email advising of this private reservation would have been appreciated, I would have scheduled my time for the gym at another time.
I did not realize that there aren't any TV in the rooms.
No idea what time my breakfast arrives, it is placed outside of my door and found whenever I decide to open my door. Would be good to know when the food arrives so it can be eaten while still hot/warm and fresh.
Bed and bedding was very comfortable.

Staff were more than helpful with helping us learn about the local area and where to go for things.
The aesthetic of this hotel is gorgeous from the street view and also the room. The room was very spacious and had a great view onto the old town high street and all necessities were cared for. If you are planning to visit Gdansk then i would definitely recommend Fama Residence
