"Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. "

"Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. "Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality. The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. Bad lighting, geckos and bugs in room, wifi only worked in reception...

"The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible."

"It was a disastrous decision to stay in this hotel. This is not more than a cheap lodge. You will experience urine smell everywhere. Staffs have no etiquettel. This hotel is mainly used by bachelor's for drinking purpose. I couldn't stay for more than 1 hour."

"Stay was netural , AC room was mentioned but alloted non AC room ( instead single room with 2 x double bed given 2 rooms with double bed in each room ), Breakfast was included in offer but when reach told it's not applicable for kids above 5 years age so had to pay extra for kids breakfast . Better for solo traveller , for family would not prefer . "
