The suite was very comfortable and well equipped. Great location next to subway. Attached cafe was convenient & competitively priced. We plan to visit again.

Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing. Be ware of issues with Internet in the room - it didn't work in our room, they couldn't fix it and nothing was offered to make up for it. Also, there is a lack of signage in regards to the stairs. We tried to take them to breakfast but due to security, each floor requires your key car which only works on your floor and floor 2 (breakfast); however, in the stairwell, floor 2 is for employee access only. I understand why it's down, but it should be clearly marked. We had to exit the hotel at the ground floor and walk around to go back in Also, the fire escape plan on the back of the bedroom door glows in the dark... Again, this makes sense, but the should have something to separate that from the sleeping. For those of us who like sleeping in darkness, it is an inconvenience .

Clean room, great staff, roof top especially breakfast great @ 1 kitchen! Over all excellent!

Great city location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Appreciated a sitting area for gathering with friends and kitchen sink, fridge and coffee maker. Suggest a shower grab bar and supply of daily water bottles.

The check in process was very painful. We did not receive any instructions UNTIL after we showed up to the property and still had to wait over 40 mins, before we got our keys. This was after I had email, called and the security guard called Global Stay. The apartment /bed was clean, but there were smudge handprints on the wall, boards on the floor that were cracked, and toilet paper holder is coming off wall. I asked for late check out (12pm) it was my understanding I had it, but the cleaning team opened the door at 11am. No knock first either. They did leave, but we felt rushed and left at 1130am. Location was great, close to the events we were visiting in Toronto.
