You'll love this remodeled 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceiling and a screened in patio on waterfront. Master Bedroom has a King Bed (new 21). Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed (new 21). Living Room has a Hide-A-Bed (gel queen XL, new 22) so unit sleeps a max. 6. full washer and dryer, New Kitchen Cabinets and Granite Countertops (new 22). All new Kitchen appliances, +espresso and Kuerig . Also new in 21, entire unit painted, new Bedroom,Dining Room furniture and New Bathroom Vanities. The Shorewalk Resort features a Clubhouse, two Heated Large Pools (always 86 F) , two Hot Tubs, Tennis, Pickleball, Ping-pong, Shuffleboard, Basketball, Playground, Grills, etc. Located one block off of Cortez which is a straight shot out to Anna Maria Island beaches (6 mi/ 10min). Condo was as described. The condo was in a very nice safe area and very close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The pools, hot tubs and pool table were excellent and located across street in club house. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo - all the amenities - close to everything!

This condo was perfect for our five family members (2 parents, 3 kids). Hosts were friendly and gave us everything we needed to know--painless access/check-in procedure. Everything we needed was in the condo. The 2 pools, hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts were all used by us. Short 20 minute drive to excellent beaches and nearby restaurants and shopping was a big plus. This is definitely on our "stay here again" list!
