This is a calm and secluded area in Bradenton, yet close to the beaches: Lido Key (11 miles), Longboat Key (12 miles), and Anna Maria Island (12 miles). It's also conveniently close to nice food stores and not far from the restaurants in downtown Sarasota or St. Armand’s Circle. This home is also near the IMG Academy (3.1 miles away) and the IMG Golf Club (1.3 miles away).

*No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
*Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
*Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
*Pool Heat Notice:
A minimum of three (3) days’ advance notice is required to schedule pool heating. When purchased, the pool will be heated to 80°F. The cost for pool heat is USD 35 per day and must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact Vacasa after booking to add pool heat to their reservation. Please note that pool heat may be unavailable when outdoor temperatures fall below 65°F. Pool heat payments are not accepted from May through October.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
