This 3 Bedroom pool home sleeps 10 and is the perfect location for you to spend your time in FL! The house is just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the area including Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach. While being centrally located off the island you are a short drive to many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and more!

Seas The Day is located in Northwest Bradenton just off the main road of 75th St W. The property is located on a corner lot offering a large horseshoe driveway with plenty of space for parking. The inside was decorated with a coastal feel in mind and offers everything you need to make it your home base while in Florida! When walking in the front door you have a living room with large sliding glass doors overlooking the Florida room and pool. The living room offers a large flat screen smart tv. The additional living room is located through the kitchen and offers views of the pool deck and Florida room from it as well and an additional spot to hang out including another flat screen smart tv.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals and be able to eat in and enjoy the house! For seating, you have a dining room table inside as well as an additional table in the enclosed Florida room off the back of the house.

The back has a screened-in pool area with a bar area for seating as well as a few loungers for enjoying the Florida Sun! Enjoy cooking on the grill? We also have one available for use located in the back.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The property offers a split floor plan with the Master Bedroom on the right side of the house along with two additional bedrooms on the left side of the house. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms have a King and Queen size bed both with Smart TVs. Additional sleeping options are available in both living rooms as the couches convert to sleeper sofas!

Enjoy the outdoors? Take a short walk through the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located just a few miles away from the house as well. Looking for something more adventurous? Head to the Palma Sola Causeway and Kayak through the majestic Mangroves in Palma Sola Bay!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
