    The open floor plan of this home is 2850 square feet which gives guests enough room to spread out and relax. The newly completed outdoor space is your own private resort! Totaling 2350 square feet, it includes a saltwater pool and spa and a 500 square foot covered lanai with a table that pulls out to seat 12 people. The outdoor space is screened with 20x20 mesh which keeps this space 99% bug free (no bug spray needed) and reduces the UV rays of the sun (significantly less suncreen). PTP has new flooring, upscale furniture, and brand new appliances. It is perfectly located in a safe neighborhood walking distance to the Bradenton Country Club and just minutes from Holmes Beach, downtown Bradenton, and Robinson's Preserve.
