Beautiful 5 bedroom home renovated in 2023. Located 3 minutes from beach access and 9 minutes to Anna Maria Island. A massive waterfront patio with heated pool and spa encompass this house. Master bedroom with walk-out to spa. Custom double walk-in shower in master suite. Family room with 86" television, decorative fireplace, and 15' ceiling. Roku TV’s in every bedroom. Outdoor propane grill. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cart. We welcome you to Casa Bella.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of two closets that are locked for linens and a maintenance/mechanical equipment area fenced-in on the south side of the house.

Other things to note:
Heating of the pool will be an additional $25 per night booked. Please reach out to the host if you are interested in having the pool heated. We do not fill the propane tank. We provide one so each guest can exchange it and fill it to the amount they wish to use.

Piece of Paradise

This place was perfect! A couple things needed addressed and Connor went above and beyond to rectify. I mentioned that it would be helpful to have a mop to have handy for the kids coming in after swimming. I woke up the next morning to a mop being delivered. Every call made to ask a simple question about the house was met with a kind response, he even graciously allowed a late checkout when we mentioned wanting to drive to explore Clearwater Beach. If you love nature you will love your morning cup of coffee with the Egrets that come to visit, so friendly. The kids loved seeing the turtles, ducks and the family of lizards that would stop by every now and again. The home is minutes from the beaches, close to everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were the cherries on top of the beautiful home. I highly recommend a stay here, you will not be sorry.

Perfect family property

The property had a wing for each branch of our family off the main house which provided great flow. We also enjoyed the expansive outdoor area for pool and hot tub. Thanks Connor and Isabella!

Perfect!

The house was better than the pictures and the description. It was beautiful with lots of space to spread out for our extended family of 7. Wonderful outside area to relax and socialize. It was convenient to everything. Owners were quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Bradenton.

Girls weekend

We stayed here immediately after Hurricane Helene and Milton went through so we spent a lot of time at the house. It was igorgeous inside and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had the pool heated and spent the majority of our time swimming during the day and using the fire pit at night. The owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Property was 5 stars. Beautiful, spacious, clean, it felt like a hotel but better.

We had a wonderful visit. 6 adults, 3 teens, and 2 children stayed comfortably with plenty of space, and room for activity. Once we checked in we didn’t want to leave. Location was private with privacy fencing and a beautiful overlook of the water. Pool was a huge hit with the kids. 10/10 experience.
