Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo located in Margaretaville , just minutes to AMI beach. This unit has two ensuite, and a chiefs dream turnkey kitchen. ONE PARTICULAR HARBOUR LOCATED ON THE ANNA MARIA ISLAND SOUND OFFERS AN AWARD WINNING WATERFRONT RESORT LIVING ON FLORIDA'S LAST PRIVATE ISLAND. This new community One Particular Harbour overlooks the sparkling waters of Anna Maria Sound just moments from Anna Maria Island.

This spacious three bedroom lagoon-view condo sleeps 7 and features a king in the master -en suite has a walk in shower , King in the 2nd en-suite bedroom with a full bath, two twins in the 3rd bedroom. Large island kitchen with comfortable seating Enjoy casual entertaining or more formal dining. New stainless steel appliances include dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Large screened lanai with patio table and chairs, beach chairs, and beach towels makes this the perfect vacation spot.

Breathtaking sunset views of Florida's Favorite Beach Community! Anna Maria Island was named one of the Sunshine State's "10 Best Secret Beaches" by USA and one of only four "Old, Classic Florida" destinations by the Wall St. Journal. A large mangrove preserve on the east side. One Particular Harbour offers easy access to Sarasota and Tampa via US 41 and I-75.

Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo very much. The condo is well equipped and nicely decorated in a nautic theme. Harbour isle is the perfect location for us, close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island , restaurants and stores as well. Host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The best part was watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony overlooking the Anna Maria Inlet. When we will come back we will definitely reach out for availability to stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Just as pictured. Very clean and a beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything worked well. Check in was easy. We had no problems with communication with property manager. They were great and very responsive. Ive stayed at several condos in this community, and this was one of my favorites. I would stay here again in available.

Clean, comfy, and quiet.

Stayed five nights with 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. Very clean, enough kitchen supplies to cook meals. Plenty of towels. Beach and pool items, we left some for others to enjoy, just a short drive to AMI. Overall a wonderful place for our vacay.

Beautiful condo in excellent condition with superlative views

Property was clean and well-appointed. Pool area was in excellent shape and very inviting. Condo has great water views. However, we did have trouble gaining access to the property. Our arrival plans were not given to or retained by the property manager and so we had to jump through lots of hoops to get past the security gate--this in the dark after a very long day of travel. This frustrating bit of slippage was our only problem with the property. Otherwise, all was perfect!

Power washing Surprise

Very noisy work on bldg, very bright lights, no dimmers, couldn't get cable TV in master. Garbage too far away. Terrible weather not your problem!

Nice accommodations but had maintenance issues

We arrived for our 9 day stay on Thursday with no issues. Once in the condo we realized that the master bedroom's ceiling fan/light didn't operate correctly (light had to be on to use the fan- so no air moving during the night). The fan/light in the 2nd master didn't work at all. We put new batteries in both remotes, no help. We messaged the host. She sent someone the next day, but they weren't able to help. Was told it would be repaired before our departure. When we left at the end of our stay the fans/lights still didn't operate. (A box fan would have been nice). No compensation was offered. Also we had to ask for wash cloths because there was only 2 in the 3 bed/bath unit-received them on the 4th day of our stay. Over all the condo was nice and the kitchen was very well stocked. We stayed Jan 9-18th 2025

Great location. Manager responsive. Would give higher rating if better beach chairs and some more supplies...kitchen condiments. Toilet paper. Garbage bags. Have stayed at other condos same complex and others on Anna Maria to compare.
