Second floor,2 BR/2 BA condo with gorgeous bay views. New king size bed in the master bedroom with connecting master bath and new twin beds in guest room as of 11/20/22. Both bedrooms and living room have TV's.
New as of 11/20/22 queen sleeper sofa set in living room to accommodate the last minute guests. Ceramic tile in kitchen with laminate flooring in dining and living area. Carpet in bedrooms. New full size washer and dryer in condo as of 11/20/22.


PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

Amenities will not be available until further notice

Tennis/Pickleball and Shuffleboard courts are now open

***This is an active construction zone***

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

6 beach chairs, a beach buggy, umbrella, cooler, floats provided. This unit features both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig machine.

1 pet no larger than 20#, must have current vaccine records.


Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by owner.

Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.

Great family vacation!

Communication with property manager and accommodations were excellent! Use the free trolly to avoid traffic and parking issues outside the facility. Property was as described.
