Pricy and cheap

We have stayed at this property at least 20 times before but always booked through the hotel. The property and location are terrific for what we want from Anna Maria Island. However booking through this agency was more expensive and while it worked out OK, the idea that at this price you can only have one trash bag, two roles of toilet paper, and two dishwasher pods seems a bit extreme and showed a lack of good will we thought.

Although there are laundry facilities on property, the area is kept locked and this unit is not permitted access. We were unable to do any laundry unless we traveled two miles to Holmes Beach to the Laundromat. This property IS very quiet. The trolley stops are literally at the end of the driveway, but there are no shops or businesses within close walking distance. Also, there were beach chairs and towels, but THERE ARE NO EXTRAS here, which is unlike any other Vrbo/AirBnb we have visited. There are no salt/pepper shakers, no extra trash bags or paper towels, so be sure to purchase those things if you need them. (We used paper towels for coffee filters, as the pot is a regular percolator and had no filters.)
