Perfect Anniversary Getaway!

Our 3rd stay in AMI & it was our favorite place so far! Right on the beach, super convenient, very clean. Nothing negative at all! Will come back 100%!

I love the area and the place I have stayed in several units there. The stairs are brutal to get luggage up. I feel like the place could have been cleaner. The sheets were yellowed old stains maybe or just old sheets and I had to put towels on bed to sleep. Great area and nice place overall.

Home away from home

Nice vacation

Very nice, clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view, about as close as you can get to the ocean.😊 We stayed a week and enjoyed it very much.

Loved It!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us. Right next door was the Kokonut Hut, so it was convenient to grab a bite or a drink. The condo had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We were on the third floor, so just a couple of flights down and our feet were in the sand. The management team for the condo couldn’t have been more pleasant to talk with and were very accommodating. We have found our happy place and look forward to returning again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us! 😀

THIS VIEW!!!

First time visiting this area, but not the last! The listing was accurate, the view was amazing and the location was perfect for our needs. One total bummer - there was an extremely musty smell in the unit and unfortunately, it has now permeated our house. We have done the laundry over and over and still can't make anything smell fresh again. We have our suitcases sprayed with Febreze and airing out in the basement. Neither of us are picky...at all, but the smell is off-putting. Maybe an airduct cleaning would help? The only other real negative was that bathtub. It was like jumping a hurdle to clear the edge, which is kind of dangerous. I'm sure at one point the jet tub was the reason but pretty unnecessary. Also some grungy sheet pans with food stuck on but I just threw them back in the oven drawer where I found them that way. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback!

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay. Property was super clean, short beach walk to ocean, and beach was not crowded! Location was perfect; right next to the free Trolley stop and many restaurants within walking distance. We spotted dolphins many times from the balcony and beach during our stay. Only negatives - the hot tube was a little less than desirable and we arrived a little early but had to wait to the exact time of check in to enter the rental. It meet and exceeded needs for our getaway.

Relaxing

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March. I took my 21 year old daughter on this getaway, the week before my double mastectomy. This was one of our best trips! The view was breathe taking! It was close to everything. We made so many memories. This is exactly what what we needed!!

Stunning view. Best location on the island.

You can not beat this location…two blocks from the Cortez Bridge and an easy stroll to Bridge Street…plus right ON the beach. We wanted the top floor, so we did have to manage the steps, but it was worth it for us to have the view. The unit was very clean. I like that there was a tv in the bedroom as well as the living area. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and dishes and cookware. Beach chairs and an umbrella were also provided. It was a great stay!

On the beach

Great location on the beach. Small but comfortable apartment. A bit worn, but had everything we needed. Could stand more thorough cleaning.

Medical Visit

Beautiful area and beach. The location was perfect with restaurants walking distance that had amazing food. I went there to have a medical treatment and was able to enjoy and relax. The property was perfect for my husband and I.

Amazing

If it’s too good to be true, It usually is.

Nonexisting communications between owner and myself. No Wi-Fi at all! Reset directions for Wi-Fi did not work. Nor password. Unit 109 insinuates first floor. However unit is actually on the third level. The old bait and switch. No elevator. Just poorly lit steps. Other than that, simply paradise!

Great location

The location of the Beach House was perfect! Right on the beach and close to everything. It was a cute little condo and clean. I guess the only negative was there was no toilet paper when we arrived. An easy problem to solve…we went and bought some. There were also no trash bags. Other than those two minor things we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

I wish I could have cleaned the condo. It was really just surface cleaned. The tub was gross.

Located very nice. Could not use the hot tub it was under construction the ceramic tiling in the kitchen was filthy under the dishwasher and under the oven the tub where the sliders go on the track had black cross mushy stuff in it grossed me out literally

Great Location - But Black Mold and Smell was overwhelming

First the location and initial look of the property was outstanding. The issue was, there at sometime had been a leak in the roof which allowed black mold to grow in the air vents. It made us all sick, the smell ruined our clothes and wives c-pack. Gave the property manager the opportunity to make it right, but I guess chose not. Very disappointed we paid that much to only get sick for a week, toss our suitcase and some clothes. I hope they got it fixed for future guest.

First Class sunset views

We had a wonderful time at the Beach house, the unit was perfect! Nicely decorated, perfect location and panoramic views of the guls day and night. Truly a gem and all the neighbors and unit owners were so friendly. Definitely will be back next year (we miss it already)
