"We only stayed here for 1 night since we had an early flight leaving from terminal 3. I booked this hotel thinking it would be close, but it was still quite a bit of walking. It was also not that easy to find. We didn’t realize we had to walk through the parking lot to get to it. We didn’t interact much with the staff. The room was clean, beds were comfortable enough, but you could hear water running in rooms next to ours and other random noises. There was also very little channels to watch and couldn’t connect my phone or streaming accounts. "

"We Uber to the hotel that took us 15 minutes from Heathrow. Very spacey lobby, amazing smell when you just enter the hotel, the checked in staff was very helpful and greeted us professionally. He ( I believe his name is Ethaniel, he is Indian decent) got us room right away even though we came in at 12 noon (checked in at 3pm) which is really appreciated. He asked if it is our first time at Moxy's hotel, which we are. Also he asked if I'm a Marriott hotel member, and he found it for me that I'm still a member. He really did above and beyond for me and my family. The room that we got was mobility room, really spacey and clean, complete amenities. We have a king bed and separated room for sofa bed. Plenty space of drawers and hangers. They have a tea/coffee, electric portable water boiler set up. The breakfast were plenty and good varieties, but for me the taste were so-so. I definitely recommend to stay at Moxy Heathrow for hotels near the airport."

"Efficient check-in, helpful staff, rooms clean and new. We got the bus in the morning to LHR terminal 3 and it's right outside the hotel, very easy and quick transfer. Parking at the hotel is really easy. It's a really easy and good value way to get close to the airport and leave the car whilst on holiday when you've an early flight."

"Room was hot so opened window but staff every hour were having a cigarette break and talking loudly under our window keeping us awake all night and smell of smoke in our room. Noise in bathroom like a drilling noise. Had no sleep and were shattered for flight. Were offered a breakfast but we were to late as we got up later due to being so tired."
