Spectacular large forested south west-facing lot provides for all day sun and classic Muskoka sunsets off to the west. Roast marshmallows at the shoreline as the sun goes down after a day of fun-filled outdoor activities. Then retire to the quaint three bedroom cottage with bunkie and relax while looking at the stars over the lake from the large deck or living room. Centrally located in the district of Muskoka Lakes, with easy access to Bracebridge and Port Carling!

Located in a quiet bay with only 4 cottages and 125 feet of south west facing waterfront, this is the perfect Muskoka family retreat! Featuring a cozy living space, with a fabulous Great Room overlooking the generous lawn and out to the lake. The kitchen and dining area are adjacent to the living room room and walk out to a lake view deck with seating. Outside, a large level lawn is the perfect place for kids and kids at heart to baseball, basketball, fly kites, frisbee, soccer or whatever their heart desires!

The bay and lake are quiet and this makes it a perfect place to be year round, whether you're looking to swim in the lake or relax on the dock at the cottage, adventure is always around the corner. Bracebridge is a short drive away and is ideal for those who love shopping and restaurants as the area is filled with an eclectic mix of stores and places to eat.
