"The hot tub and pool are under construction and will be for some time. This should be noted in reservation. The room was not clean nor stocked upon arrival. The hotel policy is to do nothing but empty your trash for three days. No towels, soap, shampoo, ice bucket liners, etc. Definitely no vacumming. ..."
