Family and friends flew into Bozeman for a staycation with some locals. This was a wonderful location to enjoy all of the downtown amenities. The house was large enough for the 7 adults staying and the locals to join in for dinner and games.
Great time in Bozeman. Loved being within walking distance of the downtown. Drive to Big Sky for skiing was not bad and really beautiful this time of year.
We rented the house as a gathering spot for our reunion. 6 of us stayed at the house and the rest of the group stayed on Main St. it was an easy walk to meet up and the 2 living rooms worked out perfect for our group to gather and hangout. Everyone had a great time and the house was pretty perfect.
Can't beat the location of this brand new build. Tons of room for multiple families. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants and drinks. Loved it and plan to reserve this property again!
House suited all of our needs with great spaces including comfortable living spaces, nice kitchen and ample sleeping arrangements for grandparents, parents and students. Loved the location!!
Perfect location! We were able to walk to the downtown area even in frigid temperatures! It is definitely large enough to accommodate a group of 14 without feeling like we were bumping into each other. We would definitely recommend staying here!! The reservation and check in and out process are so easy! Thanks for a wonderful visit!!!!
Great place for a large group. We didn't fill it, but had lots of space to spread out. Put our teens in the lower level where they could enjoy games and make noise. The rest of us could spread out in the top two levels.
Very nice property with plenty of room for our annual golf trip. 7 adults traveled from all over the country to Bozeman and stayed very comfortably in a perfect location that was walking distance to town. Enjoy relaxing in the finished basement watching college football and playing pool. Would recommend this property.
We had a great stay in Bozeman! We took the kids for a tour of Montana State and got to experience the town, college and surrounding area. The property was very clean and spacious for our two families (total of 6) and had more rooms and space to spare. Instructions ahead of time to access the property was simple. Walkable to town. My only suggestion is to offer soap in the showers and some basic cooking essentials, otherwise, this place met our needs and we will definitely be back.
Our group of 11 ladies in our 30s had a great time staying at the house! It was super clean and we were impressed with the two kitchens and living room areas. The house is perfectly located and a 10 minute walk into town as described.
To make future stays even better- We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the outside lights and wish that was possible or there were instructions listed in the house. We could’ve used more towels in the bathrooms, so depending on group size you might have to do some laundry. We also couldn’t find any dish towels. Aside from that we had a blast and would definitely recommend this property!!
friend reunion to attend a wedding in the area. Everyone slept comfortably in all the beds that were provided and the 3 bathrooms were great. We loved being able to walk to downtown Bozeman to enjoy local restaurants.
Great place to stay. I came in to preview residential developments my company and truly enjoyed coming back to this place after a long day. Walking distance to everything that you want to do. Two thumbs up for this place.
The house was actually better than photo'd/described. Check-in/out was easy. Only two (one minor, one major) complaints:
Access (minor): Despite the number of doors, access to the property is limited for security. Ideally, it'd be great to be able to make use of the front door when coming and going.
Cleanliness (major): I don't like writing public negative reviews, but I never heard back from property management after leaving a voicemail on our second day and there's no way to access them over the weekend unless it's an emergency. We booked the property because it does not allow pets without prior approval. Several areas were COVERED in pet hair and dander leaving all of us with severe allergies that turned into head colds upon returning home. On top of that, when it came time to cook a meal, every single non-dishwasher-safe tish or kitchen tool had to be washed before being used.
With cleaning fees as high as they are, our expectations were not met. And the lack of follow-up communication was extremely disappointing.
That aside, I would recommend this property for any large group provided the management team is more responsive in the future.
