Secluded House with a View

The property was so wonderful to stay in. With an unobstructed view of the mountains, it felt like you were in a place all on your own. Everyone very much enjoyed the stay and we'd come back for certain.

Very spacious + lots of good amenities

I stayed here with my extended family -- 11 adults, 1 infant, and 2 dogs. All of the couples/singles had their own beds, which was amazing. We loved the hot tub and the huge shared living areas. The heated garage was an amazing touch, especially when it snowed and we had ski gear to dry off! So many thoughtful features, and the beds were really comfy. Quiet neighborhood. Thanks!

Bozeman wedding

This home was perfect for all family members coming in from the East Coast and West Coast. Close to the Bozeman airport, but out enough to feel in the country with views of the Bridgers that were amazing. The home was well appointed. The pictures of the home are a great representation, but the yard and patio are awesome! We had plenty of room for all 12 of us. The basement looks recently finished and was enjoyed by young and old.

Perfect getaway!

This house was perfect for us! The view of the mountains from the couch is just incredible. We only used the upstairs bedrooms, but loved the downstairs too for games/tv. Was surprised to find the extra cots/mattresses they are perfect for young kiddos. We had a snow storm come in right before we arrived but we made the most of it! There are even sleds in the garage the kids loved! The hot tub made for a great night cap. Kitchen had everything we needed, even coffee that we forgot to buy:) Great proximity to everything. Downtown, Costco, target, grocery, restaurants. Host was super responsive for anything we needed. Highly recommend this house and would definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

Unfortunately we only got to stay a few days in this beautiful home and it rained the whole time! We came to Montana for a family wedding and the time we spent indoors due to the weather was actually pleasant since there was more than enough to do with the board games, downstairs table games and hot tub that was provided with our stay. The house was clean and large enough for our family to spread out and enjoy different activities. Both the host and the house were wonderful.

The view was amazing! The space was perfect for our group and the games downstairs was so much fun. The fire pits were perfect even on a winter day and the owner made sure we had filled propane tanks. They were so prompt responding to any questions we had.

We arrived to a beautiful Christmas tree in the family room for our holiday stay. 30 minutes to Bridger Bowl and an hour to Big Sky. House was more than large enough for our group of 10. Kitchen is stocked incredibly well! And the view from the home is amazing! Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit after our days skiing and snowmobiling. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived there was quite a bit of food in the cupboards (from precious guests?) kinda strange but fine. Odd to not have a tv upstairs but some of us enjoyed just the conversations without distractions. Would love to have instructions for the thermostats and window cranks… we called a husband and he helped us outs master bedroom never really got cool at night. Everything else seemed great - except one of our guests select downstairs and developed a resistor/nasal issue. Otherwise we had a wonderful time!

What a great space!

Great location & super clean! 10 minutes to main street, easy to get to the hot springs, and an easy day trip to Yellowstone. Pictures are spot on, and the space feels much larger. We had a group of 16 age range 19-82 and one toddler; plenty of room to spread out and didn't feel crowded at all. The deck was great for meals, and enjoying the beautifulBozeman sunsets. One of the best parts was how well supplied the kitchen was; this can be an oversight in many rentals, and this was for sure not the case in this property. Would for sure stay again, thanks for being great communicative hosts and helping us have a great family graduation gathering!

The view is great - that’s undeniable. But we faced several major issues during our stay with little to no solutions and would have booked elsewhere had we known what we were in for. When we got to the house, all bedrooms on the top floor were set to 77 degrees. After multiple attempts to get in touch with management over this, they finally informed us that the “AC was not installed yet “ and to open the windows to cool down. The top floor stayed balmy for our entire stay. We experienced water pressure issues every time we tried to shower with the water in the master shower turning off completely 3 times mid shower. The maintenance man came twice to fix this but showering remained an issue for everyone during our stay. We booked this house specifically to be able to use the grill and hot tub. The first time we opened the grill to cook, it was filled with bugs so we were had to resort to using the oven. The hot tub water needed to be higher to accommodate more than 3 people being inside at a time. We were a group of 15 so this was very inconvenient. On top of that, if you request to check in early , you are charged an additional 200. Unclear as to why since the house was completely vacant for 4 days prior to our arrival. Management’s only resolution in responding to all of the house issues was to refund this fee. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property as there are many other options for large groups managements attitude was lackluster.
