「My son and I spent two nights in the trailer. For a glamping experience, the trailer met our expectations. The trailer is in a nice spot, at the end of a road, with a fire pit and screened-in porch(which we took full advantage of). We were attending Mosport and did not have a chance to explore the property or use the amenities, and cannot comment. There were some issues communicating through VRBO, but the host was responsive and accommodating.」

「Comfortable stay. Unit was very quiet. Area is new so lots of construction close by. With the AC running in the rest of the house (most of the day) it made the unit cold. There was no way to control the temperature in the unit. Would have been great to have a side table with a lamp in the bedroom I slept in. Gravel walkway at the side of the house to access the unit. Need to be careful walking on the loose gravel. Overall stay was excellent. 」

「Nice house and great location . However , I recieved an up charge for cleaning fee before my stay started, wasn’t the cleanest, and lacked basic supplies you’d expect a rental unit to have . The host also chose to not reply/ return any of my messages or calls」

「Warning: Advertised as a whole home but is a basement suite; the family upstairs was crazy loud at all hours of the day and night, making it difficult to sleep. Fold-out sofa did not have appropriate bedding. Very weak water pressure for shower and toilet. Overall cleanliness was not great - including a stinky old kitchen sponge that should not had been left for guests. 」

「It was an alright night away. Place was fairly clean, newer Reno for sure with some smaller kinks to be worked out. No wifi instructions and noises in the morning with occupants of the other side of the house. Neat spot for a little getaway for the night.」

「Very nice space- extremely dirty- sand in bathtub (a lot of it); very dirty cupboards and cutlery drawer, baseboards are filthy - tenant in basement would be fine if there wasn’t a door with access into our unit that only locks on the other side- made me uneasy. 」
