This was the single worst experience I have ever had with any rental. I could write a book about how bad this place is but I will outline the major grievances.1. The house has people living in it even though it says you get the whole house. The people showed up at the house and said they knew nothing about us being here and that the owner knows nothing about it.2. The house was filthy with broken furniture, no basic kitchen items like pots, pans, silverware. On the first night we tried to take a bath and they roof started pouring water all over the kitchen. 3. Then the next day a man came to the house and refused to identify themselves asking to come in the home. This person was very shady and would not tell me who they were. I had to block them from entering. 4. After getting off the phone with VRBO at 3am after trying to get it fixed, all that was offered was to pay half price. Do yourself and your family a favor and avoid this one at all costs! It is EXTREMELY shady and we felt unsafe the entire time. Again, there are people there at the same house who walk around the back of the house to walk in the house.
