Ground level has one en-suit bedroom & kitchen area dinner area. Good having the bedrooms on different levels for privacy if you are 2 couples. The stylish decor is fresh & uplifting! Perfect place to hang out & unwind. The sofa was too saggy for myself & my partner to sit on as we have bad backs. Guys should take your own shaving mirrors as there is none...

"Clean and tidy room. Hotel is a bit in the middle of no where so you will have to drive or get transport if you want to go into Bournemouth town or to the beach."

"Stayed in the superior family room. Whilst the main double bed was very comfortable. The 2 small single pull out beds her diabolical. Both children don’t sleep at all so all has to try and sleep in the main bed. Which was very tricky. The room was drab and outdated. The shampoo/shower gel bottles are very difficult to use. The toilet didn’t flush very well. No TV channels. You had to sign into the apps using your own details. So remember to sign out again when you leave. The pool was much smaller than on the photos. The pool was very nice and warm tho. The outside veranda was lovely. The music playing was very sad and emotional. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. But nice. Breakfast was lovely. Loved the pancake machine. There are lots of people using the Spa facilities so playing in the pool can be awkward at times. Overall. It’s an okay stay. I would stay again. But in a better room"

"We had a lovely stay, the staff were very helpful and super friendly they responded to all queries very politely. Our room was very clean except a couple of peanuts in shells on the carpet. The hotel is a a bit dated but it does add to the character. Breakfast was reasonable, there was a good variety of options on the menu but the portion was a bit on the small side. I would say the hotel offers good value for money"

"For a 3 star hotel i found it to be perfectly good for my short 3 night stay, the staff were, friendly & approachable, they handled all my requests with ease & my room was clean & tidy when I was handed the key with all the appliances in perfect working order. Even though the room could have used some fixing up in areas But I'd be silly to demand perfection Overall a good place for a solo traveller & I'd happily return"
