「Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed....

「We had a great stay here. The boot room opens straight out onto the slopes for a ski in/out experience. The apartment was comfy and a good size. 」

「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

「Excellente semaine passée dans cet appartement. Une fois les sacs vidés (tout trouve sa place très vite), nous avons pu profiter de ce joli petit appartement très bien équipé, A deux pas des pistes, du départ des cours ESF et du Charvet, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis.」

「Perfect family hotel, half board option works easily for families. Very close to the slopes and easy to get to. Motorway comes into Bourg St Maurice and there is a funicular up to the resort if needed」

「We have stayed at Chalet Altitude in both Val Thorens and Les Arcs 2000. The apartments are comprable. In both cases we had 3 bd apartments. The pool is better at Les Arcs as is the access to the wider ski resort. Otherwise facilites are comparable and we recommend both.」

「Recently renovated clean comfortable rooms. Ski in/out access (button lift within 50m) to slopes. Well heated boot/ski lockers. Check in/out good be better. Expectation to clean, strip beds etc more in keeping with a 2 star than 4 star property. Additional end of stay cleaning expensive. Regular visitor to les Arcs. First time in 2000. A bit Cheaper than equivalent in Arcs 1950 but definitely a step down in quality, service and facilities. 」

「Perfect location right next to Cabriolet ski lift down to Arc 1950 or very easy to ski direct to other ski lifts. Ski school pick ups very convenient. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side. The pool, sauna, steam and fitness room were great, especially if you avoided the busy period at the end of the day. 」
