Received a note under my door on the 3rd day that there would be no service due to a washer or dryer being out of service and if we wanted towels, to request them from the front desk. "Beautiful property, albeit in a rather unique location - the anchor of a shopping mall. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The common areas were also large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just okay, standard hotel fare. Navigating the parking lot was a small challenge as the hotel competes with surrounding mall traffic to some degree. Given the location, there were plenty of food options close by, but few that I would rate as upscale. Overall it was a good experience."

"BEWARE: You will be charged an incidental fee of $150.00 which is insane when you look at the property and the rooms. Incidental fees should go towards the incidents or I would assume repairs.
