"David is very communicative and welcoming. The house is a decent size and the rooms generous. In a lovely and quiet part of Melbourne, close enough to the train station. The house has almost everything you could wish for even a NutriBullet! There is plenty cutlery, utensils, crockery etc available. I prepared most of the Christmas meal for my in laws’ house in the kitchen. The wifi was great. The reverse cycle air conditioner was nice and warm! Yes we needed heating as it was so cold at Christmas. It was great to open the windows and get air in too at nights and the type of windows mean lots of air can get in. (We really liked this). There is a little sun room which we set up with our dogs’ crates. Thank you David. "

"On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. "

"Initial reaction was not great, however this property was suitably comfortable to stay for a short period. The toilet was miles away from the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There were alot of structural defects and gaps in the walls. Many of the windows did not have fly screens. Some power points did not work. No fans, backyard was overgrown and no clothes line. Despite all this, the communication from the host was excellent and the TV was large and reliable internet. Kitchen was renovated. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend as a basic accommodation option in Melbourne."

"Great place to stay, kreepy crawly still in pool, so unable to use it (did not want to break it by removing it). Had all the items one might need it want. Would totally recommend staying there."

"Wasn’t very inviting walking into property, needs to be tidied up and garden maintained a bit better. The accommodation was fine but could do with a spruce up ,needs a paint or finish the painting on arches etc. some of curtains hanging off poles"
