「This was an excellent stay. The hotel contacted us in advance to offer early access to the room and to confirm our arrival time. The hotel manager, Wonderful, was a welcoming and helpful host. The room was super clean, spacious and very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The hotel is within walking distance of a good restaurant and grocery and wine stores are near by. Could not have asked for more.」
「昨年の８月初旬にケープタウンに訪問した折、街の中心である駅周辺のホテルに滞在しました。その辺りは治安が良い訳ではなく、郊外は非常に治安が良いことが分かった為、今回は郊外で宿泊先を手配しました。街中や港地区にはタクシー or レンタカーが一般的です。私は電車で駅前迄、往復しましたが、よほど旅慣れていないと、「無謀」ということになるでしょう。空港や街中までのタクシー代が嵩むので、短期滞在には向かないかもしれません。ホテルは設備、清掃は良い。スタッフは少ないですが、英語が話せれば特に困ることは無いでしょう。」
「Excellent! Our first floor room was spacious and well decorated with all ameneties including tea/coffee, fridge, beach towels etc. TV had Netflix etc. More St James than Kalk Bay but only 10mins walk to Kalk Bay. Breakfast was excluded but we just added and the choice was extensive. parking was available just around the corner. 「Devonport House is a wonderful guest house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Jenn and Jacques are great hosts and very helpful with tips for restaurants and sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast includes plenty of choices for everybody. Constantia is perfect if you are looking for a place close to Cape Town but safe and quiet.」
