The location is great. However, the condition of the hotel is awful.

Best deal in town. Staff was great and acomodating.
This hotel is going to be torn down in the future for another large commercial/residential project. But the rooms are find and the location and price is great.

VERY outdated hotel. Rooms are basic, at best.
Morning breakfast selection was okay.
The staff was attentive and helpful.
Very close to Folsom field. Nice big property with very comfortable beds. The only complaint is that the lady at the front desk seemed to have little interest in customers at 11:00 pm. But she did go ahead and get us checked in

Great location, otherwise average
Great location, otherwise average. The property is outdated and definitely needs an overhaul, but my room was fine and clean. My experience wasn’t anything like some of the poor reviews I’ve seen here.
Old outdated building near to university at prime location. I was not aware about a complimentary breakfast at the time of booking online. I had enjoyed my stay and breakfast in peaceful atmosphere. Great Staff at reception desk! Overall excellent service and great stay for the price I had paid after comparing with other hotels at this prime location near to university, supermarket and mall.
The room was big and the view from our window was nice.
The hotel is verrrrrrrry old. Buckling carpet and stained and dented walls. The bed had other people’s hair in it when we pulled back the sheets : (
Very nice, comfortable and a good value. Good location in Boulder, but a little difficult to get in and out of parking lot due to one way streets. Beautiful garden area outside. Only negative: although the breakfast had many offering, there was nothing for anyone on low carb diet, or someone with a milk allergy. Scrambled eggs or omelets would be nice.
The place looks like 1990. Nothing was open Saturday morning for the game. The place has a great location, too bad they have regressed in their ability to serve customer
Check in was quick and easy. The property is old and out dated. The bedding looked okay, however the smell of mold and mildew were overwhelming. We made other arrangements and left the property. When I call for a refund my request was denied.

Disliked: Amenities
Property was aged and somewhat dingy, not very well lit-I’m sure back when it was built. It was quite the resort but it’s building / rooms / hall very aged- parking lot was dark. I didn’t feel completely safe although the neighborhood seems fine still did not feel like my vehicle or my person was completely safe.
Room was quiet and clean though.

Great location... but very "blah".....
Best location possible as far as proximity to the university and Pearl street, but man this place needs an upgrade. the furniture is old. the parts of it that should be historical, just look old. the bed was clean and it looks like they updated the bathroom, but the sliding glass doors out to the balcany are still ones from the 50's that you have a difficult time opening and "screetch" when you do. the staff was nice, but extremely slow. They still have Covid glass up when you check in so you cant hear what they are saying. Very "blah"....
